A classic acclimatization day: continue across the high plateau, make optional acclimatization walks around Lent Hills or Moir Hut, then ascend to Lava Tower for lunch (≈4,600 m high point) before descending to Barranco Camp. The “climb high, sleep low” pattern on this day helps adaptation to altitude.
